By accessing and using LemonApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Digital Currency & Points

LemonApp operates on a virtual "Points" system. Points are a non-refundable digital license to access our AI generation services. Points hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, or any other currency.

All purchases made via Onramper or other payment gateways are final. Due to the immediate delivery of digital goods (Points) and the compute-intensive nature of AI generation, we do not offer refunds.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use LemonApp to generate content that is:

• Illegal, dangerous, or promotes violence.
• Explicitly adult or pornographic in nature.
• Intended to harass, bully, or defame individuals.
• Infringing on the copyrights or trademarks of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refunding remaining Points.

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but AI generation relies on third-party GPU clusters. We are not liable for temporary downtime, slow generation times, or temporary unavailability of specific models.

5. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
